Paso Verde was an overgrazed cattle ranch. By the time we met the land, the cattle had been gone for decades and the terrain had acquired abundant scars. But, if you waited and looked closely enough, you could see all the pulsing beauty of life: the occasional roadrunner, a Texas tortoise, flor de nopal - we became convinced that the land was healing itself. We knew we could play a role in this healing, and in the process, reconnect with nature, family, and culture. We invite you to do the same.

Paso Verde is a gift to ourselves, to you, to all of us.
